- Channelers and Beastlords can once again start Heroic Opportunities.
- The Deity Ability System has been removed as part of an ongoing initiative to declutter and remove excessive complexity from the game.
- The following deity abilities have been removed from all characters: Judication, Power of the Storm, Trickster's Mockery, Strength of the Heartstone, Flames of Anguish, Mantle of the Prime Healer, Embodiment of Truth, Grace of Tranquility, Lifeshield, Mark of the Huntress, Anashti's Reaping, Plaguebringer's Curse, Erosion of Will, Devastation of War, Hate's Resolve.
- The passive deity abilities Divine Potency, Divine Critical Bonus, and Divine Stamina have been consolidated into a single ability called Divine Spirit which is automatically applied to all characters and scales with level up to its maximum values at level 100.
ITEMIZATION
- Daily and Weekly missions in Fear of Eternity content now reward Scarred Dinar along with Velium Drachma.

- Dragon Necropolis: Vaults of Veneration [Heroic II]
- Fixed a bug that prevented the Challenge Hot Zone Bonus Boss selection window from appearing.
- Dragon Necropolis: Disturbed Vaults [Raid]
- Corrected an issue that caused Lady Karkona and Lord Ulvaxazoviak to apply normal mode health pools to their challenge mode versions of the encounter causing the health pools to be nearly doubled.
- Flooded Scar: Abyssal Assault [Raid]
- Black circles will no longer appear in the air on targets who are knocked skyward.
- Ascent of Cootatu further reduces the recast of Ethermancy.
- The Fabled Wurmbone's End [All Versions]
- Damage from Ashlok cenobites' Crush of the Cenobite and Silent Claw now inflict proper percent damage.
- The Fabled Wurmbone's End [Heroic I and II]
- The Zones window will no longer display heroic entries for Wurmbone Crag.
- The Fabled Wurmbone Crag [Solo]
- Merglok the Slasher will no longer cast heroic level abilities.
