There's a new feature for player characters who sell items from their home. Leave your home or even log off and you'll still be able to sell flagged items from your home vault! When you're offline or out of the house, buyers can purchase your goods from city brokers or fences. Note that items from your character's inventory will not be available for offline purchase. Also, offline sale items will only remain on the market for a 24 hour period after the seller logs off. After 24 hours, the items will be delisted.
When you log back on and return to your home, a Sales Log window will automatically open and you'll be able to find out which of your flagged home vault items sold.
A Side-Note: Players with bigger better houses will wind up with more sales slots in their home vault.
Another Note: Only one character per account can have items for sale at any one time. For example, if you list house vault items for sale on your wizard, then log in your paladin and list vault items for sale, the merchandise on your wizard will no longer be available for purchase.
