This installment of Explore Norrath lands us in North Qeynos (and thankfully for my repair bills, brings us to the end of our Qeynos leg of the journey!). Everything that happens in Qeynos starts here.

Entry points to this part of the city are well guarded for anyone who was thinking that there was a less smelly way of sneaking in than the Down Below.
Citizens (and very careful visitors) can enter through the gates from South Qeynos, Antonica, and Elddar Grove. For those not certain of their ability to evade the guards (there are more paladins on rude horses here), there is the sewer entrance, where all you have to worry about is the scent.
For faster travel within Qeynos and the outlying areas, North Qeynos has wisely adopted the bell system that the hamlets had long ago put into practice. This would be ideal for exploring dark elves except for a couple of minor hiccups. There are guards and I couldn't travel within the city. I've written a strongly worded letter...
Queen Antonia makes her home in North Qeynos. Complete with big shiny castle (bristling with well-armed guards) and a moat that runs all around this section of the city. Of course it isn't a proper moat, as there aren't hungry alligators or anything, but we can't all be perfect, now can we? Although it seems she thinks she is, what with the giant statue of herself and all...
Not too far from the palace (and thankfully, far from the creepy talking statue of the scantily clad woman) is a rather interesting feature. The Temple of Life. Why is it interesting? Well, possibly because of the giant floating spaceship.
Oh, I know that some silly high elves claim that it is their superior architecture, but I'm certain that it's aliens looking for revenge on the gnomes for blowing up moons and goodness knows what else! It's also interesting to note (again the high elves deny this) that there was quite the scandel here not long ago. Something about a nasty murder!

Here we have the Clothspinners shop. Just inside, they have someone to help you!

As you can see, they have everything a tailor could possibly want!

The Jewel box looks out onto the road. They've many lovely shinies inside...

Although they wouldn't let me in the door, something about me being a dark elf...

The famous Ironforge Exchange. A well stocked shop, with a lovely crafting area.

The Qeynos Exchange where all things coiny happen. Again, I wasn't allowed in...

Sneed's is a long standing Qeynosian tradition dating all the way back to the first Bayle! He does seem to have solved the rat problem...

Every town needs a tavern and North Qeynos is no exception. Irontoe's East provides many a drink to one and all. Except dark elves...

And here we have the bane of any dark elf trying to fit into that plate armour; Voleen's Bakery. They let me in... getting out was rather more difficult after I sampled the wares.

Here we have the front door to the Call to Arms. Inside, Qeynosians will find their city merchants and just around back is the mender. Good thing, too. I did mention the guards, right?

As you can see, North Qeynos is a very charming and beautiful city. I greatly enjoyed my visit there. When I wasn't trying to get away from the unpleasant guards and their viscious elf-eating horses... I may decide to go back someday. When I have heavier armour.
