When you open your character’s equipment window, you will notice a slot in the lower right that looks like a feather. This is where you will see your equipped Plume.
During Summer Jubilee, there will be three types of Plumes, each with 3 tiers.
- Ability Doublecast
- Crit Bonus
- Max Health Percentage
Complete the achievement “A Jubilee for You and Me” by completing the solo dungeon called Triad of Elements to unlock the ability to purchase your first set of plumes, as well as a recipe that will allow you to craft some lower tier versions of the plumes to share with your friends. Triad of Elements [Solo] is only available on servers which have unlocked The Shadow Odyssey and can be accessed through a celestial aperture portal located in the Moors of Ykesha.
When grouped, your Plume will be amplified by how many others in your group or raid also have a Plume item equipped. The power gained by your Plume is based on the tier of your Plume, so even those who have not unlocked the same tier will contribute to the amplification effect.
On TLE’s, a Plume recipe can be purchased with Perennial Plumage by participating in Summer Jubilee events.
